WT is a great bloke and extremely experienced, I am sure it was pretty damn bad stuff for him to go as far as to post a thread on it. Some people just either don't care or think they are invincible and ride accordingly.
When riding goes wrong and the unexpected happens, it bloody hurts. It still hurts well over a year later, I can tell you. Cost me almost everything and I was riding carefully at the time.
