Who's up for beer and a BBQ

Okay there is a catch!

I've just put an application to the tenancy tribunal to remove all the property my ex tenant has left at my house and I need help clearing it all out. There are so many things that will be great for bikers that will all be free to a home including:

A van
A car
Bucket loads of tools

And also heaps of stuff for home renovators including:

Wood
Tiles

And so so so much more.

I'll put a barbie and beers on for anyone who wants to help me bin all this stuff and you can take anything you like away with you.

At this stage I am looking at the weekend of the 7th of November.

I've been speaking to the tribunal and once I have the disposal order - which I'm going through the process of getting at the moment - I can do with it what I like. However if I sell anything and make money off it all of that money has to be paid to the tribunal.

I asked the lady at the tribunal so does this mean I can give it away or throw it out? And she said once I have that disposal order and I can do with it what I like.

The tribunal wants photos of everything that is there so once I take them tonight I'll post them up here.

Because I don't have a farken clue about this sort of thing, is it possible that you may get declined for a disposal order? and if so, will the BBQ and beer still be on

What sort of tiles are we talking about? indoor or outdoor, cool or fugly?

Shouldn't be declined - I've got all my paperwork in line and he's had 10 weeks to move it all. But hey even if it is declined let's have beer and bbq at mine anyways!

They are really cool tiles....will post photos tonight or tomorrow.

It's in pretty beat up condition, but I'm sure it goes.

At the end of the day like I said it will be a free for all - I just want it all out of my yard and it will be a major drama through tribunal if I sell any of it, but absolutely no drama if I give it all away!!!!
