    Congratulations.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Errrr, just wondering how you know it's all over.
Have you been formally notified by the rozza's that no action will be taken, or is just the length of time that you havn't heard from them?
If it's the later, then you may be in for a surprise yet.
I could be wrong, but even getting a low priority case like this into the court system at the moment could take a few months due to a heavily booked court system. Please do tell which it is. I'm genuinely interested, and would also like to hear from any legal beagals also.
A family friend is a criminal lawyer that mainly handles the big cases, (murderer, violent robbery etc) and he even struggles to get allocated court time to argue minor points of law.

6 months to lay a charge from the date of the offence. Also gives time for Legal Section to take a gawk....

My guess is, that is what happened... some "legal" loop holes. (definition of road, for example.....)

So, rather that the smug comments - how about answering the following?

You were good enough to go public when you wanted money, so how about suppliying the full story of what happened with these charges?

    1. Were the charges dropped?

    2. When and Why?

    3. Were you found gulity or not guilty - or did it not go to court?

    4. Did you learn anything from the experience?

    5. Are you going to do it again?

    6. What would you do differently if you do it again?

    7. Do you consider yourself lucky?

    8. You say you "won". If it didn't go to court and get heard, then what do you mean by that?
