    yeah, but will it last?

32 years is a good run. I've done 18.5 and both of us are amazed that none of our friends that were in relationships when we started are still with that same partner. Must be doing something right.

Dunno, we're still working on that... Time will tell....

Anyway, we're getting too old and tired to start over. You know how long it takes to train a wife...

Goodonyer for 18.5! That's a long time these days as well!

Thanks, mate! Nothing too special, but we did go and look at a house and we both felt the same way about it. I asked her first so she wasn't influenced by my thoughts and she was thinking exactly as I was. So we're putting in an offer on it. We've been thinking about downsizing as the kids are moving out and we don't really need the flat, (it's too easy for them to come back...).

Yeah, I always compliment her, the other morning when we woke up I lifted the sheets and said, "That definitely doesn't look like the body of a 50-year old..." (Well I thought I was being nice...)

Yup! We were supposed to come down last weekend but Jill was sick and I'd hurt my back, (no the two were not connected...), so we're hoping to get down in a couple of weeks. We still haven't seen their new house yet!

    Congrats on 21 years!
