Great law about not using phones while driving at all, we are finally catching up to the rest of the world that has been using statistics realistically. This will save lives... that can only be good. No texting, no talking, jeez there is handsfree kits so you can still do it. I hate other around me using phones while driving cos it puts my safety at risk, as most drive like idiots/drunk when distracted.
