Ah, just back from a lengthy cruise in the Thunderbird on a beautiful sunny day, gave it a wash and tucked it away, now just opened a bottle of Speights and thought I'd visit my friends on KB before looking out the camping stuff for the Back-to-Basics motorbike rally this weekend then I might feed the chooks and collect the eggs before I open the next bottle of Speights.

    Life sucks eh!

Sometimes this place IS a great place to live!!

Oh so true, the beautiful Bay is calm now, in the evening light, air is warm, visitors are wandering around holding hands or children or beers. I have smoked & fresh snapper in the fridge for my tea, beside my beers. The dog will go mad to see me when I get home & I'm going for a run on the bike tomorrow. All is well & I'm happy.
Thanks for the opp to post something so good.

'tis cool to read a mellow thread for sure. I had a lovely little well mannered protest ride in the naki today then rode home. The thing is home is about 10 minutes away from protest central but the weather was so nice it took me a couple of hours to get home.

I am miffed about the ACC stuff but when you're angry you can lose perspective eh. There is a lot of stuff to be thankful for.

Nice to have a chill day eh 98, don't reckon much to that fish though mate, not the prettiest piece of food I've seen. Peace brothers and sisters
    Oh bugger
