    ..... surely stephen has some used oil that isn't contaminated with brake fluid lying around.... you can run plain ol' water for the short term without glycol and I've got plenty of half-empty fork oil bottles with unused contents.....


    of course all this is a good argument for holding onto fluids/parts until you've actually finished replacing them.... plus letting them sit for a while lets you see how much metal is being torn out of you engine

    again i'm sure stephen has a spare bike or three...... i know ross has a few if you bribe him sufficiently.... plus if the weather is good (and my sacrifices appease the bike-gods) brown fury will be properly tuned and pootling down at 80kph so it's not like you need a fast one

    That is true, the DR takes under 3L so i've got quite a bit left from the last changes...
