Ive had my fair share of inline4 litre bikes never been brand specific. its has always been what took my fancy at the time, the Buell is the third V twin Ive owned, don't need 190 hp to have fun. It all comes down to what you want from a bike, if what you want 190hp and 12000 rpm or what ever they rev out too, then a Vtwin wont suit you, but they do suit others like me.

Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

    that's so funny

v twins are far better road bikes than inline 4's and most people will ride better on one than on boring UJM's

V4 = Best of both worlds. Truely, the engine of a connoisseur.

None of this dreary IL4 or V2 riff-raff here, please.

    +1 for that.

SATNR is all about the variety of machinery and the oddballs that ride them, we have 4xV twins of diffrent styles, a triple on the odd occasion, IL4's of varying capacities, and even a single (GN) it is a single isn't it? and the odd V4's
We all love our bikes for our own reasons.

And to be honest, it doesnt make a lick of difference to me. I dont care whether its a V twin or a IL4 or anything. Its how I like the bike when I ride it.

And saying that, I wont be on the next ride, shall be in Christchurch (yay! 'bout time I had a holiday!).

My Bad, sorry I got to check my medication, maybe a bit too strong, don't know why I always thought the KTM was a Vtwin.
