Monday 16th See some of the Wellington roads cruisy ride

As a one off for those out of towners that are coming into Welly for the BIKEOI on the 17th, this is a cruisy ride on the Monday 16th.

Route will be decided on the night based on who (skill level) turns up and the weather.
This will be a CRUISY ride to take the out of towners onto some of our favourite roads. - could be the Takas, Paekak or Coastal (Mirimar loop).

Meeting place will be the Avalon Duck Pond (BIKEOI Hutt meeting place SH2).

Meet around 6.00pm with a DEPART at 6.30pm

Destination will end up somewhere that provides drinks/food and a chance to talk shit.

All cc's and skill levels welcome.
This will not be a ride to show who has the biggest bollocks. It is for the Welly crowd to act as guides to some of our favourite routes in the region.

If your interested, post in here so we get an idea of numbers and just turn up and say hello.
I'm sure a number of the Welly riders will be happy to act as guides.
If the numbers get too big, we may decide to split into smaller groups and head off in different directions. This will be decided on the night.

A similar ride will be available on Tues 17th for those stopping over after the BIKEOI.

It's "Paekak" you northern monkey Short for Paekakariki.

    Sounds like an excellent idea.

If you clamp your legs to the tank under heavy braking, that doesn't happen.
