Just stop breathing (hold your breath) and the need to sneeze will go away.

Is that the "Snit"? Where you sneeze and shit?

I could imagine that it could be somewhat lethal shitting in your leathers. Your bum bum slipping and sliding inside your leathers could upset the stability of the bike.

Apparently if you say “lamp” or “cucumber” over and over when you feel a sneeze coming can delay or stop it from happening.

    Poke your top lip out.
Some times it arrests the sneeze.
Other times it directs the blast away from the visor.

The latter is the more likely and more effective.

If it is weather you are prone to sneezing in - e.g.you have hayfever wear a bandana / buff / other with a little eucalyptus oil.

or option four HTFU. Biking aint easy, that's what makes it fun.

Yup, a green camo buff works a treat. Catches all that lovely mucus & moistens your lips with it. Yummy. Don't let it dry on your face or upon removal it will rip out your nasal hairs, moustache, top lip etc.

    1. Flip open the visor
    2. Shut one eye.
I've found that it's impossible to not shut your eyes when sneezing, and if you're travelling at 100km/h, you travel a scarily long distance while your eyes are shut. But (however!) I've found that if you shut one eye tightly just before your sneeze, you can at least keep the other one open.
    Weird...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Recovering - I'm not sure if it was that biggest corn cob, or if the coke bottle went in too far but I only leak when I fart now.

Oh yeah I had to help a mate scoop out his helmet one night. Not pretty.
