I think your location may be relevant for the best options. Where are you?

If you go with everything, Telecom's Complete Home package is the best deal at the mo.

You lucky lucky soul. 22km from Palmerston North here and no broadband at all. No wireless, just satellite (at a horrific cost).
I wanna move back to the Rapa

Depends how much broadband you want. I'm on Telstra Clear and I pay about $110 per month and I get about 20gb or so with that.

Ihug is good. Vodaphone owned so way bigger than Telecom. Had no issues after 2 1/2 yrs, call centre is in NZ too. Modern set up, no crap like you can get with Telecom.

Super fast braodband, 100GB/month for $49:95

Unfortunately it's only available from Telstra in Queensland........

    Why is that???

Yep as the other guys say, forget Telecom, doesnt matter if you have to change your home telephone line account, the other providers can do this with no glitches and same telephone cost per month. Really, dont go with Telecom, nuff said.

Try the ideal pack (see link below) with home phone included for $90, good for an average user who doesnt download movies every night or do online gaming, but can still let you download plenty in the way of music and youtube. Good speeds depending on how far you are from an exchange etc....

Jeepers my man 20 gig with Xnet would be $54.43 Unlimited down load speed and restricted upload! I'd say at $110.00 for 20 gig you should go shopping.

I pay $45 per month for 12gig with Xnet. Its does me for business and I have 3 teenagers that are always on Utube and facebook etc. Just to give you an Idea
