That's a real bloody shame vazza, no refund on entry either. Don't be too quick for surgery, ligaments can take real long time to heal. Get 2 or 3 opinions first.

Very good work littlewhittle, keep it up - no DNFs.

Hope the young fella will be OK, sounds like a very bad prang. Were there cones on the two way bit?

No cones but riders were reminded in briefing that the access road was two way Marshall was just 200 metres way to ensure riders pushed bikes across the public road It happened on a blind corner

I hope the organisers get a reaming over that.
Its horendous how they could let something like that happen.
I know they say keep left at all times, but when your full of adrenalin riding around trying to beat the clock, probably exhausted given the conditions.
Just a few cones around a corner...
we may just go where no ones been

To be fair to the organisers it was a last minute change due to the farmer not allowing use of his waterlogged paddock They had already radioed for cones shortly beforehand because the test was to be ridden again in the arvo

Roads are two way guys and should always be treated as such, it always makes me cringe at trail rides to see Mum, Dad and the kids riding spread out all over the road and going around corners on the wrong side of the road, just waiting for a pig hunter or other forest user to come around and clean them up. Even on trailrides where the road is clearly being used two way, there is always idiots crossing the centerline risking themselves and others even when its not a race. People need to be responsible for their own actions, we can't put medium barriers up on every road in the forest.

Anyway hope its not too serious.

Anyone got any results? I know Karl Power was leading at the end of yesterday but not heard anything yet about today.

Twice the displacement, twice the cost and a decibel problem, I'll pass on the inside brraaaap!!!

Results still not posted on Silver Bullet
Karl Power DNFed today when his bike sucked some water The leader now should be either Chris Power or Jason Davies

You know I had heard the Hondas were prone to that. Thanks for the info, should have stayed on the KTM!
