    ROAR!

I will be there, shock horror I know!

Justin mentioned going out south for the ride, I condone this - as it lets me skip home during the ride to put on some proper pants, I'm working in town and only have my flimsy work pants on! ops:

Can't wait to see mah fellow Hornetters (and a few new people too it may seem! A VFR800 is always welcomed in my books )

I knew I should've cleaned my bike in the weekend...

might drop by and see the honda filth.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Very pleasant meal and ride thanks to GI Joe.

Great evening seeing the sights of Clevedon and Maraetai, finished the ride with a meal in Howick.

A couple of pics taken at the start of the ride where Toto and Co are doing some emergency repair work on Sharry's headlight.

Looking forward to the next Hornet Swarm!!

Yes for this inaugural ride, some old and new faces! T'was a pleasant day for it, passing fine was the weather and peace enough to sooth the savage soul.

Until everybody else showed up! First the great pumpkin, zeocen turned up sans pants and on the wrong side of the road, and then thick and fast they came ... Big Dave and Interceptor being the new faces on a swarm ride! Jeaves was there to associate with filthy honda biker scum, but legged it before he could catch anything from us. Badger was there to make a guest appearance and didn't thump Gremlin once!

Much oohing and aahing over BD's new loaner and much surprise evinced at the plethora of panoply festooned over it!

I noticed the lads were playing with Sharry's headlights (ooer!) and much tweaking and pinching with squeals of delight from yonder lass (her headlight was functioning most appreciably 25 x betterer, so you sorry lot can drag your filthy minds out of the gutter!)

Much fighting over the coveted TEC position with Gremlin, grumpily remonstrating over who should have the honour! :slap: Then as we left, Sharry makes a completely wrong turn resulting in zeocen having to go rescue her.

Anyway nice little pootle around the back ways out as Interceptor has alluded to, seems it was the night for happenstance meetings as Zapf and justsomeguy crawled out of the woodwork! Typical chapati curry swilling, gold hoarding, wife beating, child worker molestering dairy owner, bet he was only here to pick up his social welfare benefits Anyway nice grub at Momo tea house, the asianz there were aghast at the filthy biker scum that washed in from outside. Gremlin even managed to only use 30 of his 50 schizophrenic personalities tonight. Moar gasbagging outside and much laughter at everyone else's expense.

Oh yeah, I took the long way back home again and re-rode all the roads we rode today!

You did WHAT Gijoe? How did you do that and get home at 2300?

Anyways yes the boys teaked and twiddled with my headlight and now Cherry glows again
I was playing with my high beam on the way home and embaressed two young people standing beside thier car

It was a lovely ride and if the pumpkin had stayed to challenge himself he would have made it to Maraetai with us.

Justin managed to escorted me to the motrorway with only a minor diverson

Sorry, my new helmet was extremely windy without earplugs and I didn't wanna stop the group ride just to take my helmet off and put plugs in - ended up getting a headache

But was nice to be out on a Hornet ride again.

And shame Gremlin, you got told off!
Oh wait... I did too... :<

Brilliant night fellas and fellaces. Was great to reunite with all of you old and new filthy buiker scum.

I would guess that Gremlin and Zeocen have some very femininne personalities and they respectively recognise this as they tend to bring up testorsterone enhanced behaviour in each other All good in the end.

Was great to have the Interceptor along aswel as Sir Big Dave for a first time on a swarm night

Also met the Honourable Mr. Zapf and Justsomeguy, who entertained with stories of filthy biker scum gixerTHOU related squidness behaviour

Shame we missed out on the great pumpkin company for the night, but hopefully he can join us again next time when he gets his pants issue sorted

A BIG THANKS to Gremlin who rescued me from the dark ages and I am now fully capable of hanging on ze insernet again and post filthy biker scum related stiff on it

Oh noes! Now we has the TOTOresque way of mangling the engrisk language into new conniptions! All good, glad that Gremlin finally got to put his IT skills to some proper use ... unlike the Failboat attempt when he helped out Sharry last time!

Ten points to the pumpkin, he did save me from getting lost before the ride started. And galantly led me back to the swarm
