Manawatu weekend rides

It's missing at low revs under a light throttle load, i'm suspecting the battery is past it's used by date or possibly knackered plugs as it is past due it's service milage, needs further investigation but i'm hoping it's not plugs as if it is I might as well wait and get the service done ($$$$!!) but AFC don't open in the New Year until the 5th..

actually. thought of a easier fix.........

JUst been out and fired up the bike, I dunno about my battery theory, pushing 14.3 volts and peaked at 14.5, pretty normal, kinda think plugs are needed.

Probably that dodgy fuel the have in Dannivegas

Yeah should be a starter, but depends on the weather. Wind like we're having will easily put me off.

Yeah it is a real nice bike and would be nice to have in the shed for sure, it is about time the FJR had a refresh though as far as buying a new bike is concerned.

Would love to but I will be in the Pelorus Sounds. Fly down tomorrow, hope you all have a great New Years, and I promise to be out on more rides in 2010 as have my new helmet to show off
