    Cant wait till the 16th.

Had a bit of a ride down to Palmy yesterday had a look at a Thruxton but for the money I could have a 2008 R1 or a brand new XJR1300.
Still trying to get the camera sorted took a lot of footage yesterday got to find out what is up with the sound, waiting to hear back from GoPro.

Camera all sorted now. I have fitted it to my old tank bracket and works well there, helmit is ok but I keep looking around wich doesnt help I got to learn to keep my head still. Unfortunately I cant use the bracket Warick made cos it just bounces to much ok if on smooth road but not many around here or if I travell at a slower pace. Should be good for the track day cos the track is reasonably smooth.
How about you Rob your bike doesnt vibrate like mine eH! I suppose that is an added extra

Its not about getting pissed, its about doing something different on a nice sunny HB day. And as we have pretty much exhausted the HB roads, I thought maybe we should do something a little different. Just a thought anyway

Cheers Rob It was a busy 2 days, Like the pics , Hard on the brakes into turn one , not much front suspension travel left
Post classic had 40 bikes racing, There was Pre 72,82,89 senior and junior together (running as separate classes) . Everything from CB350's to FZR1000's !
Qauilified 15th with a 1.25.2 . there was 15 bikes within 1.24 to 1.26 . Track was wet 2 races before posty race 1, was dry(just) at race start. Got a good start in race 1, started spiting in the 2nd lap and by lap3 it was bucketing down, alot of riders slowed down , dont know why lol, Its only water and narrow Sport Demons like water there bloody good in the Dry too. Had a good race and a few wee slides at turn 1, 5 and 8 and got 9th (3rd in Pre 82 jnr) Pretty happy with that result

Race 2 was dry but had a crap start , bogged on the line on lost 5 places , rode hard and got back past 3 of them and had a 3 lap battle with a TZ350, got him in the last lap in turn 9, Got 16th (4th pre82 jnr?)

The engine held together, Just. threw a spare together out of my best worst bits lol. The crank is worn and the main bearings are loose in the cases. Didnt have much grunt and has a MEAN vibration at 6000rpm, It feels like someone is shaking the bike at those revs lol. Had to check no one was when the vibration started
New bits orded and good cases and other goodies in the pipe line
