    Well you won't find it on Google-earth or streetview but a little work with google itself will give you the general locale, tag is under 4km's from last one....

    I took a photo of another one of his works at the arts centre about 30 years ago, I think it's still there...

    Have to see if I've got time tomorrow night to go and pick it up.

    if it's less than 4km from the last one (Springston War Memorial) then assuming that's somenear the middle of Springston and the red circle is the 4km radius then ride all these roads and you should find it.
    Doesn't look to be too many?
