Heard on the news this morning that he was going at 120kph on the motorway. What's that ... a $120 fine? Must have thought he was going to be pinged for other behaviour surely!

Saw a glimpse briefly on the TV news update. http://www.3news.co.nz/Motorcyclist-...0/Default.aspx
Note the German Cross sticker on the tank. Could be an indicator.

Yeah, but let's face it, most of the ones like this that you hear about that wind up dead are harleys doing a runner.
So many of the sport bikes seem to get away with it. so the lesson isn't really don't do a runner, but a cautionary tale about why you shouldn't buy a Harley. They belong in paddocks towing plows, not trying to evade cops.

post of the century ! You been here long ?
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

I like his style. I assume it's a he, the writer seems undecided? Anyway, he or she certainly knows how to get a reaction.

People have talked about decisions the rider made. The basic fight or flight response operates at a far more basic level than that.
Assuming the bike wasn't actually stolen, that Maltese cross could be an indication that this rider might have been predisposed not to stop, fancying himself as an "outlaw". Whatever, he won't do that again...

Boat anchors as ploughs? Are you sure?
It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.
