    Suzuki RF1000

The RF900 has been a bit of a stable mate in NZ. What you guys think of the proposed RF1000?
Looks to be a bit of a baby busa?

Looks like a 'practical' GSX-R. What's the engine going to be?

    I think it's BS.......
Taken from this site: http://www.kardesign.co.uk/Motorcycle%20visuals.html notorious for alledged new models and concepts that strangely never come to fruition.
But, if it is real - it needs work on the seat, needs a pillion seat and pegs, better fairing and higher bars and that's just for starters if it's going to fill the cavernous boots of it's predecessor.

Shadow is square... just art I think.

If it is for real I hope its corners better than the RF900 didn't.

Agreed. As evidence I present the following page:

    http://www.kardesign.co.uk/Motorcycle%20visuals.html
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

cool - good find. Friend emailed me the pics.
I reckoned it looked a bit more boatish - and didn't really understand 'why' as the Busa is a pretty small bike.

yuor very right.....it has pictures of new 2 smokers.....that is not what manufactorers are making or designing.

Also why would the bring out a new RF?? whats the point?, they make enough sport bikes as it is.

Man, this story is so old! Some Japanese language blogs were talking about this RF1000R back on the 18th of October 2007 (over 3 years ago). For proof, check out http://www.naga-blog.com/archives/2007/10/182313.php
