Sorry ladies, cant stop just now. In the middle of making dinner for Mrs Max. I'm doing a Thai beef salad with crispy noodles and a fresh cherry tomato pesto followed by home made berry tart and cream.

2 bottle of Selini special reserve Cab Sav and a nive 12 yr old Malt for afterwards

And most young uns are too inexperienced to function under that kind of stress. and let's face it function is everything! so I'd suggest a quiet gentle approach to start with...kinda like the horse-whisperer...what would you call that?
