I don't think you would have room for Roger with all that stuff in yer saddle bags!
These aren't the bikes we're looking for....

They seem to have got that mostly sorted with these newer ones and HD is HD!
For just a little more you can get the Contour HD. Also nice.

The only drawback with both is that they have very small lenses so you need lots of light for them to get the best picture possible. They're unusable in the dark or even dim light. But for the price and convenience, that's not a biggie.
These are about 1/3rd the price of a new POV 1.5 but second hand the POV is not so bad considering.

Then again, a grand is a grand. That's the setup used by alot of major Vloggers. Svengalie had one, Danmoto73 and a bunch of others.
Quite nice with great battery life (8hrs?) and a remote thing for when something interesting happens, you press a little button and it marks it in the video so when you get home you don't have to search thru 8 hrs of footage to find the good stuff, it's all labeled for you!
    nice idea.
I've been scanning tard me for a cheapy camera. I made a mount to use the tripod connector on a standard camera. Got an old 1.3mp one but it seems to have a low frame rate. What FPS is needed to get a good vid? I see some are 50 but most are 30 or less

Yea, 25/30 is standard, 25 is PAL 30 is NTSC. Maybe its the other way around, but I think that's right. Anyhoo, if you can get one that does 60 that would be cool! I think it would make things alot smother. Mine are all 30fps and its fine but when you hit a bump, the sudden movement makes them blur but with 60fps that would, I'd imagine, be minimised.
Plus, with 60 you can slow down things to half speed and it will look delicious and smooth!
Would like to see how you're going to mount it!

Anyone thats keen to talk cameras feel free to PM me and I'll send you me ph. number as there are so many options and ways of doing things. I've been doing soooo much research it's coming out me ears!

The real trick with a can (you need the big can for bike tires) of tire weld, note i do not use the tire "pando" brand only the genuine tire weld, is to heat the can on your header pipes for about 2 minutes before you shake the can properly. It definitly works better on tubeless tires. Dont speed once its in there. Get a proper repair done asap. Self fitted plugs, tire weld and all those other temporary repairs are just that, temporary, designed to get you home or to the nearest garage.

Somehow I don't think Roger would get near Flip's bike before he would be set alight!

Yeah I haven't had a great run with them , may have been the size of the puncture thru... . Just got the co2 bombs and temp inserts, never used them yet, as last half dozen or so have just been slow leaks.

KP, I'm really sorry but I can't make it tonight, I have uni commitments that I can't get out of, Would it be all-right if we do our ride later in the week or year.
