For this week.... Tuesday ride leaves duckpond at 6:30 to head down SH2 to pickup additional riders at Kaiwhara Caltex from 6:50pm. Then either ride through j'ville / makara north to south or south to north (decision at Caltex point) if I understood correctly...Originally Posted by Ratti

Haha god help me if there's a head wind ! To tell the truth i didn't try and start it (but pretty sure the battery wont get it going lol)Mental note : charge scorp battery for Heidi before the weekend! It was 6.15 when i walked in the door, so wasn't gonna get there without breaking every rule in the tuesday ride manual !

I been meaning/planning to do a wed or thurs ride for eons lol but there's usually either rain or booze hampering the execution of the thought and the idea of riding toward wellington does my head in lol but one more night opens up another option i guess !

In hindsight I probably should have passed you and taken the lead. Problem was that I couldn't quite remember where the turn off's were until I saw them at which point you had passed them...
What ever happened to a rider at the front of the pack stopping at turn off points so the group behind knew where to turn aye Milton? =P
All good though, we all got there in the end. Was a nice ride overall.
