Heh, I weigh over 100kg and get 60kph on my Jog easy. It has the exhaust washer removed, but is otherwise stock. Having said that tho, recently the acceleration from 20kph thru to 35kph has flat lined a fair bit, but I think that may be because my drive belt is scheduled to be replaced (6000 kms).

Your rollers in the variator are worn, you will find flat spots on most if not all.

Gates make drive belts for most scooters and there a a few on trademe.
    Jogs use a 783/16.5 /30 Lenght/ width /angle of the sides
a 788 will give more speed with the oversize variator.

Yeah, thanks Spearfish! $70 for a belt is a rip, so now I have the specs finding a cheaper one should be easy.

Sure the std length isn't 780mm? I can't find any ref to 783 ones, and this auction lists 780: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=273048417

That seems pretty cheap! $15 you can't go wrong! Buy it!

My supplier is Dayco out of Australia. I have attached the part list, the Jog is listed on page 30 I think.

Cheapest belts I have com across, good quality as well. Very happy with them to date.

I've heard good things about PM Tuning as well, but haven't used them personally.
