Not sure of the next HAGD but from what I can tell the next racing on is CAMS on the 22nd this month and BEARS/CAMS the following day. You could always go out on most Tuesdays and Fridays, pay your money and ride until you're dizzy.

Open practice days fo generl public. You'll need your bike, an observer (can be someone else you're riding with or someone on the side of the track), and $100 for the day. Sign the waiver, and off you go. There are no bike or gear checks, it's all up to you. I've been out there on some days and there is no one else there, the entire track to use for sweet f.a. Other days there might be 3-8 cars, maybe a couple of bikes. If so they'll get you to run 15 or 20 min sesh's between bikes and cars, it's all very informal. If you're a member of the canterbury car club you get a discounted rate. Oh and if there is an event on there at the weekend epect everyone out there testing on the Friday, so sometimes it pays to ring and check.

Last Friday there were about 4 cars there and about 10 (max) bike so it was about 30mins each session on the track til about 4pm ish. Great weather for it too. Well worth the money.

    Cheers for all the info

When I went out recently to a club meet I'm sure each class had the option of a practice session and two races in the morning for $25. (If you a member of Canterbury Motorcycling) - more in-line with my bulgeless wallet

That was the endurance meet, Actually worked out to practise an 1 race for the cheap price . to ride the club meetings you need to join a club and have a mnz license (can buy a day one). Normal race meets are $45 entry for the full day

Sorry to hijack your thread brp, but Swerve raises a very good point. At this time of year we generally get really good weather, yet there are very few race meetings. Whats that all about??
For reasons beyond my control, I haven't raced since the end of Feb and wont until the end of May. Having withdrawal symptoms.... must...get....to.....Friday....session....
