    Speed Triple brake pad recommendations?

Anyone got any recomendations on a good brand of pads to get for my 1050 S3? at a price that wont make me feel like I have been raped up the ahole.

My rear is shot and the fronts are getting down as well, also while we are at it what sort of milage have people been getting out there pads. My factory fronts were shot at 10,000km and the rear is now dead after 20,000km. Is this about normal?

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

Wouldn't think so Pumba, but very interesting. My rear pads were toast at 16k and fronts are still going strong at 30k+

I replaced the rear with EBC HH and I have a set ready to go in the front when they're done. Just checked the rear pads and they hardly look touched after nearly 15k...........they work better than stock too!

Normally I allow $50-60 for a set of pads on the Daytona ,but last week I picked up 2 sets EBC FA-236 which I am all ready using for $20 ea (run-out special) from bigbikes in Hamilton through Trademe, would pay to contact them and see if they have anything for your bike

Cheers guys. Having a read around it apears that the EBC HH are the way to go (still open to suggestions).

Owl, I suspect the reason I chewed through my first set of front pads in such short time was the fact that I came off the SV1000 that had more engine braking and it took me a while to adjust my riding style. Whatever I replaced them with seem to be lasting better but I wouldnt expect them to last another 10,000km

Bloody good point Barry and I forgot about them. I just bought a rear Rosso and set of Angels off them for $650.

EBC-HH, had them on my Speedy & Daytona and massive improvement in braking, especially on the track when they're hot.
Could go into corners braking way later than with stock stuff.
