BTW this new initiative of "hidden cameras" reminds me of how communists decided to have police do the same thing back in 80's in my country, of course it was all for "safety" but everybody knew actual reasons were different....shame that same tactics got here 30 years later.

There is such an educational camp. It's 1.37 a.m. here, and you're welcome to come walk a mile in my size tens. My guys are out doing breath testing while I write this, and will be until maybe 4 a.m. There is no money in breath testing, maybe that shoots the revenue collecting argument in the tootsie. Grab a seat down here, come work a couple of shifts with me and my troops and see if the traffic police are as bad as you think.

Or stay sipping your chardonnay and making sniping social comment from the uninformed sidelines.
