Meal 1: Scrambled eggs or omelette (3 yolks/ 8 whites), three pieces of chicken bacon, two slices of toast with peanut buttter, a banana or apple and of course a sugar free V.
Meal 2: Big bowl of muesli with soy milk
Meal 3: A chicken roast meal (New World) or something like McDonalds for a treat (usually a Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, Cheeseburger and fries)

At about 4:30 I'll have some fruit before I hit the gym at 5:30. After the gym it's a protein shake and a banana.

Meal 4: Chicken tenderloins or steak with vegetables or pasta (tenderloins are drenched in BBQ sauce)

Then it's a protein shake before beddy byes.

    Repeat.

On friday night I'll eat a whole lot of junk and drink piss.

Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Breakfast: Toast ("Daddy Toast" to my kids, who like to sit on my knee and eat my toast with me). Cup of tea. Berocca and water. Annoying people.

    Lunch: Tuna and rice. Criminals.

Dinner: Meat of some kind and vege or salad/pasta invention followed by something sweet with a hot drink after. The odd illegal immigrant.

Weekends.... anyone standing nearby that looks tasty.

I don't think the suspension even moves when you sit on your bike.

Mine groans in pain..... I need 198bhp just to get moving, let alone go fast.

    Breakfast - Anything
Lunch - Heavy (Meat, chicken etc)
    Dinner - Heavy (Chicken etc)

I should have some more vegetables and fruits. Shit I'm actually concerned about my health.

You are on the Man Diet.
If it's meat, it naturally includes fruit and veges, because that is what the meat ate when it was alive...
