in my workplace, if anyone even touches you, you can claim and charge assault. this includes grabbing you by the hand or arm for whatever reason.
I can see that the same will apply in public. hell if some stranger walked up to me and hugged me, they get the fuck knocked out.
the police are going to get very busy, when it becomes an offence to touch someone, (isn't it already?).
