Thanks all, the locksmiths have just left so at least the place is secure. They'll be back tomorrow and get all the windows done so that'll help too. Seeing the fucker took the keys to the gate padlock I had to have that cut off. Bugger, I liked that padlock too!

Now reading this really makes my blood boil. The friggen audacity of these little shits astounds me. Hang fire making a full insurance claim for a few days, you may be surprised at what you discover missing in the days to come. When we got burgled the SOCO told us to make visable changes to our security as they would come back now they had been here once. Thank goodness you had that padlock on the gate. I go with the set the friggen dog loose, preferrably if it has a passion for taking hunks out of people. My comisserations Al. It truely sucks!

My commiserations too MAte - what a Scrote, maybe consider a hidden camera - pretty cheap now I believe - or maybe hire one. If your padlock is a decent one, eg ABUS, it can be resleeved I believe.

Anyway, all the best, Bling sent.

Thanks Ann Part of the problem is that I'm hardly at home and I've been kind of waiting for this to happen for awhile. I wish I'd bought bolts for the rest of the windows not just the one that I thought was most likely. That's on the list for the morning and the insurance will pay up $250.00 towards it. Ha. Little bastards damaged the window sills as well. I'm thinking an alarm might have to be the go now, it'll be worth it for peace of mind. I think I've noticed everything that was taken and when I look around at what was not I'm thinking we should ask Mia (the dog) to only rip out half of his throat

Big thanks shafty Yep, I'll be upgrading the security and a camera is definitely on the list! Man, it'd be great to get the prick on film, that would put an end to the little scumbag. Unfortunately the padlock is now history - bugger.

Yeah Sarge, I reckon you're right. Especially after one of them mentioned the Daytona to my neighbour, bit hard to miss that bike. Which is now safely out of the area. I'd shift the Tiger if I had the keys! And luckily the Gixxers are safely stashed, thank fark for that! Low is the word, and the worst part is that we're paying for them to do this shit!!!

This bafflles me too. Those doc's were well hidden and in three Triumph document holders, which I'm really pissed off about losing as well. He aint getting into the garage now tho, locks are well and truly changed. And the spare keys are never going to be found. I hope he comes back tonight, cause he didn't take my axe either!

Feel your pain & frustration. We were done 3 months back & its still a raw nerve. took a while to realise all that was gone (fortunately not much probably due to alarm) . Had some bike gear out I was going to give to a mate. off to get some barbed wire in soon to make the rear of the property a bitch to get near. If you catch them beat them from me.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Tbh, if it's one of the lowlifes that live around here I doubt that they're that intelligent. I think that he just grabbed nice shiney bike stuff. The police summed him up in 5 seconds and reckon he's thick as. I have a reasonable feeling he'll be caught very soon being local and all. Well, I hope so anyway. Just tidying up his mess now, thats not nice.

Thanks Dave, I sure will. Sorry for your loss too, it's ugly isn't it! I really think this ones pushed his luck a bit far this time and he'll get what's coming. The police I'm really hoping will focus in now they have a almost perfect footprint. Good luck catching the assholes with the barbed wire, that's a good idea, I thought my place was pretty secure too.
