    Honda CBR250rr 1996

Almost perfect condition black mc22 CBR250rr, great paint/graphics and runs like a dream.

These bikes speak for themselves with performance second to none when it comes to 250cc 4-stroke sports bikes. Late model 250's dont even compare.

4 cylinder, 6 speed, Dual front disc brakes, 19,000rpm redline.

    No tears etc in seat(s).

Quality Pirelli Sport demon tyres with plenty of tread.

Bike washed and chain waxed weekly.

Owned for 10 months to go through restricted licence period.

    Wof until 24/11/2010.

    New 3month reg when sold.

was looking for ages for a 250 and all the ones on the market that were priced 5k and above are still there - months later. The ones that sell are the ones asking a realistic price.

Its the top end of the mc22 market, but i've seen worse bikes go for more. These bikes fetch a high price for a reason - they are good bikes.

WOW, i heard ducati are seliing bikes now too! also you can buy like 10 mini choppers for the same price as this bike! I heard that dairy cows are cheaper as well.

What has the price of those bikes got to do with the price of this bike? absolutely nothing! you think that someone looking for a really tidy 250 is going to consider those bikes? You are the ones who are dreaming.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

don't mind the haters, sometimes there is more to a bike than its age! Is it restricted? as I think they came out restricted to 40hp (same as the zxr) but could get another 5hp out of them if derestricted (would be same as my 650 then!)

I payed 3800 for my MC22 RR its a 90 prob not as tidy as your's and slightly higher kms, if you are looking at this Im guessing you need to buy a 250cc bike so the 900/750 isnt really an option Id say and its just an opinion, in comparison to say a new hyo power wise, build quality etc possibly not a bad buy...... but I could be bias

It was 1994 that they started restricting them. Pre '94 they had 45 hp, '94 onwards they only had 40 hp.
    1990 CBR250RR - fully rebuilt and awesome!
    1999 CBR900RR - a work in progress...

Haha I know the price sounds silly when you compare it to that of bigger sports bikes but the market doesn't work like that - still a very desirable bike for the young ones. Then again 2005+ zxr250s are going for a grand more :S

Like the price on anything these days though it just depends on how long you want it sticking around for. Very tidy looking example though I would've killed for it back in the day, hang in there
