Pretty much ditto here. 12 it is. Bummer for me with no usable wet weathers at the moment, could be damp day for me! Anyone got any waterproof overtrousers I could borrow?

Good effort for the three of us who braved the weather today. Damp trousers, cold to the bones, $4.00 tiny caramel slice but still well worth it for a little exertion!

Hey pleased you made it out John. Sorry that I stood you all up, but it didn't stop raining all day at my place. Fingers crossed for next weekend then huh, and I feel like bursting from lack of a good ride this week.

We missed you today but the ride was fairly short lived but still worth it. I'm hoping that it will be sunny for me next weekend as I'm off to the other hemisphere on Tuesday. I will really look forward to catching up with you and the rest of the crew when I get back!

Have a safe trip! See you in a few weeks when I'm sure we'll get an awesome full days riding under our belts! (learning how to be optimistic again, bare with me, working on it).

Saw some of the chaps from the classic bike run up my way today. They went past my place, and never came back. I assume they jumped the road block and just kept going. Hard bikers.... GOOD STUFF! I gave them all my silly grin as I passed them in my cage (stink one Katie).

Ha ha, I know that silly grin from doing it myself. I'm not very cool at all really. Jumping the road block, now that's hardcore. I took Prudence home for a hot bath and slippers - not quite as hardcore!

Hey junkmanjoe... I think we are all hoping so too. Depends on the weather. May try to look at a full days riding somewhere up North if the sun pops its head out to play. Plenty of us itching to get a good days riding in. will keep ya posted.

Hi Joe - ditto what Katie said. I did a couple rides over the hill in the rain today to scrub the new tyres in. They stick in the rain!!!

I'm sorry but no one is allowed to have any fun on bikes if I am not able to partake. Sorry I don't make the rules.

Fair call - ok kids, that's it. Lets play monopoly instead.

Actually, I just remember I can't do Sunday again. Oh well, will just have to look forward to Saturday instead.
