good man, hopefully he wont be throwing anymore logs now. Was a case in uk (iirc) of a cager who swerved at a biker to stop him passing, ended up knocking him into oncoming traffic, cager got a few years in the slammer for that, throwing a log amounts to the same thing I reckon. In saying that, I would have understood if the peds in the OP brained juced with a decent sized log or similar.

come on Quassi the old ' I been here longer than you ' card is getting a bit tiresome. Might be time to come up with some new come backs

Thats the same as throwing a Brick off a bridge as per the Auckland situation a few years back, that would be dealt with harshly if he hit you and you got injured
