    up to 3 degrees now...excellent for testing gloves i would say
    interesting things happen above 10,000 rpm.....not if you have a ZRX tho

    Thanks for the ride everyone! The weather turned out nice but I still needed those warm gloves and a warm lunch by the time we reached Oxford.

    My toolkit seems to have done the same thing as one of the drummers from spinal tap: at the second check point today I looked down and there was no toolkit or toolkit cover, but only a small globule of smouldering black plastic goo on the exhaust pipe right under where it should have been. Conclusion: the toolkit at some point during the first part of the ride turned into a small globule of smouldering black goo and jump down onto the exhaust pipe... (nothing to do with insecure fastening of course).

    I was behind you and I never had to ride around any tools bouncing down the road.

    Was a lovely lovely lovely ride....... thanks timg for your very kind offer..... Blew the cobwebs on the way home and got rid of the winter blues on the way out there. I really should just ride my bike when they hit!!!!

    My blood-tea levels were dangerously low by the looks of it. Maybe I should get one of those camel-pac thingys that push bikers use to drink from while they ride.
