I'll be at the pub tonite to answer any questions, the route will be weather dependent but not looking too bad at this stage. The A & P Show grounds are not far from the race track but I will do a recce tomorrow while up that way.More details tomorrow nite.
Full apology's for not attending pub night gents! Been seriously far toooo busy for such activity. Moving house (flatmate issues) and other things :/
Managed to sell my bike for $10,500k sob sob but I can breath again YUSS!!! so with all evenings fully booked up I'm kinda stuffed :/
Awsum to see there was 23 bikes on the last ride though! Woah that's awsum! Maybe one day the old man might be nice enough to let me ride his bike (Kinda like dog walking) but it's his bike and I will give it a good run for him
Safe riding people!

Up to Pukekohe to the Paul Dobbs MotorCycle Show.
Depart at 10 with full tanks and up Hwy 39, Hakarimata and Te Okaki Rds to Rangariiri bridge, onto 1 and into Pokeno. Through Buckland, into Puke with a right at East St and 1st right into Station Rd, showgrounds are on the left past Birch Rd.
The return trip, well 22 is an option but the weather will probably influence our decisions.
See you Sunday
Weather forecast is improving, clearing tomorrow afternoon and looking fine on Sunday so put your name down to see some very special motorcycles.
Whose going tomorrow, come on guys (and gals).

Life would be so much easier if you addressed questions with a simple answer.
It is possible that I can do part of this run - maybe up to Rangiriri and then bail out. As usual have a trip to Auckland in the pm. If I am there at 10.00am I'll tag along. If I am not there, just leave without me.
EDIT: One of these days I'm gonna get a WHOLE DAY FREE!

Hey Guys thought I might tag along for the ride up if you don't mind although I might take the No 1 home.
I have a brother who is a learner rider and might be interested in hooking up.
If i wake up in time i will come.
Smaller group today, started with 6, including a good looking HD Softtail, good to meet you Hortz, and the number increased to 7 with Nigel at Huntly and down to 6 again with Slofox peeling off at Rangariri. Bloody cold and foggy north of Huntly until Tuakau but the sun was out at Pukekohe.
Good range of bikes and some that you don't see every day, especially the Indian in the 2nd pic, yes it was running and would not meet the 95db requirement, it was loud.
Pics, 1st is us parking up, the wee bike is a spare, 2nd & 3rd are bikes on display, 198 is Paul's race number.
Unfortinately I had to leave early for a meeting in Ellerslie and the last pic is of 2 of the more desirable bikes at the NZMCRR AGM. It was a lot warmer coming home.
Good ride guys![]()
I passed you lot coming home as we was going to d'Auckland later on...and NONE OF YA WAVED!...snobs.
Oh and I hope everyone gave the camera van dude the Chinese Good Luck Sign like I did...
