To Clarify the new 600 Superstock rules i would read them as saying.
Slipper clutch’s are allowed for models sold with a slipper clutch doh!, any models not sold with a slipper clutch cant have an after market one installed (Thank you Yamaha).
Aftermarket rear sets and levers allowed.
After market air filters allowed (changed from the draft rules thank God).
I can use my Wood craft handle bars.
We can install an Ohlins spring on the rear suspension and replace pistons shim stacks and valves and we can do the same for the front.
We can cut out the catalytic convertor and replace with a mid pipe of the same length (“of the same length” i guess stops any sneaky modifications by those in the know in this area which could give some HP gains). After market muffler allowed.
Scintered brake pads and braided lines allowed.
520 Chain allowed with corresponding drive gears (520 does not change the pitch only the width).
High specification Spark plug, leads and cap allowed.
Fairings and after market screen.
After market non carbon fibre fairings allowed.
Fuel/Ignition device allowed with an autotuner.
Frame sliders/Engine protectors allowed.
Steering damper allowed.
Ride height adjuster allowed.
My new R6 has a quarter throttle straight out the crate, are models without these allowed them?
Your thoughts and interpretations?
