Yep. Fond memories. As kids we never used to drink water if it was raining heavily cause it would stir the tank up. Every couple of years when things got really dry Dad would let the house tank get very low and we'd help dig and bucket some sludge out. Then we'd refill it from the woolshed tank and let it settle for a day or so
