Can remember 10 year ago or so before trade me,the trade and exchange had a couple of plates for sale GMSUX and MOTSUX.

I wanted SSH8R and was ok,went to local Mustang guy and offered it to him,but he liked his plate lol.Might see if available still.

Rented one of those in Brisbane last year and it really was truly gutless. If it's supposed to be an economy version, then it's overdone

And your point is? It was designed in Australia by Holden and in the next year it will be made at Point Elizabeth.

I also suspect that the reason some people like Ford is because it's easier to spell than HoldEn.

Not driven one, but the Cruze looks good on paper. 104Kw from an 1800 motor is pretty good.

If you expect it to perform like an SS Commodore because it's got a Holden badge, then you're bound to be disappointed - as well as stupid.

104 KW should be a minimum. We have an 1800cc Corolla with 140kw. Is impressive for 1800 but it can be done easily.

We're talking basic 1800cc compact saloons here, straight off the showroom floor.

The Cruze power output pisses all over its current mainstream 1800cc competitors - including the new Corolla.

Used to have a 1600 with 100 BHP (74.5kw) if I lied! That used to be plenty........

I got one of them epica diesels like in the pic and it goes bloody well. It did seem pretty gutless when I picked it up but has got better as the ks mount up.

Haha! This is a std model in Japan and I believe you can get in Aus new called RS180. Is 180hp and shares the donk with celica. Fucken goes like you wouldn't believe for n/a
