si is that actually accessable from whitford brown or do you go up to the top into aotea and then down?

I went up Whitford Brown into Aotea and then on the way out after getting the tag I discovered the road had joined Frances Brown Ave. So the subdivision is now accessible from either end... there are a ton of new houses up there already !
