Yeah they give hints on the blog part of the site, and the clue was 'watch at 30 seconds'. You can find the ad on youtube. Guess what, they're skiing.

More of a challenge is the hard question. I've got no clue! The blog says it is somewhere in the BOP, so that helps a little. Surely the 3 letter word is 'bay' or 'hill'....?
