Flatmate wanted for 2 months (Browns Bay, hundred a week)

Morning,

Basically everyone in my house is clearing out for 2 months and I need someone to move in as the house is way too huge for one person.

Gorgeous 5 bedroom Browns Bay house, although will just be filling one room.
2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, three story, garage is full but should be room to squeeze another bike in. Fully furnished, very cheap rent from 26 November - 25 January, have to be out BY then.

Uncapped broadband although expenses will be shared, so the further you push it up, the more we both pay, 75GB of free bandwidth between the wee hours of the morning, tend to run a computer overnight with scheduled downloads for those times. 802.11N and gigabit router, could host a LAN if the candidate is so inclined.

I'm a 21yo working male. 5 weeks bond. Prefer someone studying/working fulltime, age/sex irrelevant, although single preferred, wanting just one flatmate and partners always end up never leaving so they may as well have both moved in. Pretty much just chill on hot summer days out on the deck and enjoy life when I'm not working, usually a business student but that's over for the year.

I'm tech(read computer) and mechanically heavy, although former cocktail bartender who cooks, cleans and looks great in a suit, social but not a bar regular.

Would prefer references but if you're fresh out of high school or summint and have none it isn't a massive deal provided you are able to live in a flat situation and your mother doesn't do all the cooking, cleaning and housework for you, bonus points if people on here can vouch for you.



Edit: I'm non-religious but unoffendable. Don't really mind religion as long as you're not preachy, and don't mind an occasional friendly debate.

Pretty much, not really hiding that fact and exact dates have been given.

Could be a nice working/studying/living holiday as it really is a lovely house and summer is just around the corner. About 5 minutes from the beach. 20 if walking.
