Sure was a great ride. I had a nice medium paced jaunt over with my mate Brandon then started to stretch the R6 legs on the way back now it's got 400 kays on it. Fuck me modern 600s certainly aint slow.......

Litre bike next week I hope.

    yes speaking of that....
I was at a set of lights in my position ready to launch with my feet on the ground and the bike stationary, when some guy on a monster came up beside me and snaked his way in front of me and stopped bang 1/2 in my launch way!

So that was my chance from that set of lights.

Heres an unwritten thursday traffic light GP rule.... if there is a bike stopped at the lights ready to go, dont rustle past and stop in front of him blocking his way! idiot!

Well it's written now isn't it?

And why didn't you just wheelie over him big fella? I tried to keep the R6 as far outta everyones way as possible during the traffic light GPs. Trying to run it in gently with 20 bikes all around trying to get the holeshot is a bit of humour

Lol. There were actually a couple of fast ZX10s on last nights ride mate, the fastest of which was the honourable Mr Dukie without question. Having said that, his competition consisted of an RF900, a 1200 Bandit and a K5 GSXR450......

Nope. Forgot to throw Deanos CBR in there too. No it was a good crowd last night (as it always is), probably 20 odd bikes I suppose? The great thing about these rides is no one ever seems to over stretch themselves and knows exactly where they want to be in the group. No heros or bullshit.

In fact, in all the Thursday night rides I've been on, and it's a shitload believe me, the only incident I can recall was myself stepping of the side of my K3 doing a 160kay standup wheelie.
