Great 2 catch up again RG,

    UNCONSCIOUS, Id say!

Got to the site in time to set up tent and had just finished putting in the last peg when Shrek arrived, I was camped in the wrong swamp (silly me not knowing which two trees will bear the weight of the hammock) Tent was promptly picked up by my knight in shining armour and deposited in the correct spot
Met lots of people and had a good time even though the weather was a little damp.
Went into Ashvegas on Sat morning and had Breakfast/lunch on the way back at the checkered flag.
Rode home today and stopped at lake Opua for lunch dasy and great riding then just as we packed up the lunch the rain came down. I didn't melt but after that the wind picked up and the rest of the ride home was slow .... in some cases I couldn't get over 70kms. very tiring indeed. Even so got home safe and sound if not a little By far the longest ride I have done on the Hobbit bike. I still think it should have won in the bike show.... but I am a little biased.
Next rally... the K B in a few weeks.... see you there
We are proud of ya Mrs S. Great start to a M/cycling career. Its only up from here.

PS: thanks for the help with the tent, I reckon Annie & I may well have had our 1st argie bargie if not for u 2. Hehe

Another really good rally, Enjoyed myself, and so damn pleased not to delve into the offerings from HOT's Bar.

A few photos posted above, click on the thumby.
Yes you restrained yourself very well when the shots came out.

Some very good photos there. One even seems to suggest that you were packed before I even got up. Not surprising really as I seem to have developed the ability to sleep in at a rally. I did it at the Brass Monkey to.

It was probably me and my little suzy you got stuck behind, waiting to get across the road, not quite up to drag racing trucks etc... to get over a main road (don't have the power for it anyway). I thought I had waited for everyone to leave before I nana'd off, but sadly not.
