Living in England (in Devon at the time) our friend had the door of their car taken out by a granny on a mobility cart. He could do nothing as he had one baby in his arms and his todler still in the car seat, the granny went between him and the car collecting the door at the same time. The police knew who it was as she had already broken another peds leg in a previous collision (and don't tell me she did not know what she was doing the mobility cart was already in the workshop having the front fixed up when the police went to speak to her!) ... think what this idiot could do on a scooter riding along a foot path full of little kids looking at the road waiting for Santa he / she is a total moron
