As others have said the road is the CHCH Akaroa Rd. Where you crashed the posted speed limit is 100K/hr.

I hope you are feeling better.

How is the bike??? and when are you coming out again???? safely!!!
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

maybe this is your next bike:

    http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-334674875.htm

but the price should be slightly negotiated first I reckon

edit: after a good payout I mean

I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

Your CBR will be looking pretty damn sweet once the tank and decals are put on. I wasn't meant to be enticing hurrie to the random mc22!
More the fact that he has now crashed a mc17, mc19 - so the next step is the mc22 you see just don't crash the next Honda mmk?

Oi Helen, you know how we were talking bout hoping to make it back to Chch without having to top up the petty? Well, on the final bridge/overpass thing before hitting Belfast... guess whose bike started to cough and act like a fag?

Had to stop and put her to reserve, then needed to wait a bit before the bike wanted to start (flicking to reserve is not instant it would seem )

I did the same run in the winter on the Sat ride, but did not encounter this problem(of running dry). I reckon it might have been from me pushing the wee Zeal pretty hard on the way to the pub (just cantered back to Chch on the way home) and that made the difference, oh and maybe 8k was already on the tripometer (I think that's the word I'm after).

Cheers flip and mrs flip for pulling over to see if I was ok etc. good people you two

possibly, I think I might have noticed it on Marshlands Road and wondered if your lights were on or if it was just me not noticing from the angle of the sun etc.

I just swapped my back light. It's $10.47 from supercheap auto at the moment. (as long as your bulb and mine are the same)

Yeah that was specter with the dead lamp.

Is it just me or is the ride home just about always more enjoyable? No stops, full belly and just had a booze/sugar/caffeine fix. Oh, less commuters as well.
