With no information in the pic other than the artwork, you'd have to know that artwork, otherwise.... Not really much for players to work on to find it's position. *shrugs*

The artwork has changed......
Thinking back I did a run on school 'art graffiti' as a theme, Stokes Valley, Naenae, Titahi Bay, places where the schools did a huge motif on walls etc

I have a file pic of this that I didnt post as a tag, instead I chose the Stokes Valley one that day and a former flatmate claimed it

So I correct my claim....I have photographed this before however.....
I have NOT posted this as a tag...
Nor would I ever claim it using the file pic
