A way of keeping track on consumption-means,we can seel our inflated grog and make more dosh.Funny how people at the races get pissed and still get drink under controlled circumstances.

Went to the races at New Plymouth a few years ago,had control of dads mule and was by the marque for young guys being introduced to racing, think it cost $30 for a few drinks, betting vouchers etc,by 1.30 they were trolleyed,my horse stopped for a dump by the rail next to the tent, hilarious to see the girls dry retch at pong.

Why not severely punish the individual trouble makers, instead of punishing everyone?

Hmm, like punishing only those drunk drivers that crash and kill/injury people but not the rest of the drunk driver???
