It sure seems to be the season for some absolute idiots on the road.

In Auckland myself at the moment - yesterday downtown, on a 3 laned road on one side I was beside a 4 wheel drive at 50km/h. Was not in her blind spot, I could see her, she could see me. She begins to push into my lane with me right beside her. I think right, she must be 100% blind and just hasn't seen me. Wrong. She looks over her shoulder (as she is already half in my lane), looks right at me, mouths some abuse at me, and continues to run me off the road. I had a car right behind me, a car in the lane on the other side of me and couldn't get in front of her. She missed me by inches and continued to mouth abuse at me. I was on my horn for a good while too. I was fine, stayed on the road, away from the other cars and upright. Sweet as.

I pulled up at the lights behind her. A car pulls up beside me and winds down their window. The man tells me he couldn't believe what he just saw and said he had called *555 and told them she tried to run me off the road, with her number plate.

Thanks to that friendly cager - he was genuinely concerned for me, and it was really nice of him to act on my behalf. A big fat stuff you to the silly tart in the 4 wheel drive who knew exactly what she was doing the whole time. It's people like this that get motorcyclist killed sometimes.

Rant over - know how you feel mate!

Were you hurt, Mike, or your bike damaged? Seeing you didn't mention it, hopefully not.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

Just fixed that up a bit

Dismount? Nah, just do it on the move. Clenched left hand in solid downward motion.

JR, you need to loosen your grip, holding onto your tiny dick that hard is blocking the blood flow to your brain.

Genie - ride with me, and then pass comment; until then, go help JR hold his dick.

Okay, I was filtering, not like a dick, but carefully and respectfully - basically peak hour traffic. Went to turn right into Maxwelton Drive, car pulled alongside, driver raging, and then swerved into me and hit me, bruises on leg and all. I jumped onto Maxwelton, and pulled over, thinking, maybe it was accidental, and the guy swerves at me again, hitting my with his mirror and brushing me. So I follow, he then starts to brake and reverse into me, so I jump ahead to Mairangi bay - he comes past, has another go - and then waits up the road for me to come past, but won't get out of his car.

So, tell me - what did I do to deserve that shit? I passed about 100 cars in traffic prior to him, none of the others had an issue.

Police need an actual rego plate.

I'm keen to find him to discuss the issue, and work it out in a positive way.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

Ha, After a close call of almost being pushed off the road from a car overtaking from behind (she wanted to then have my spot on the road, she was looking at me whilst pushing me off the road), I then let her pass and did follow her to her house. She was terrified when I let a torrant of abuse fly, and her reply was "but I thought motorbikes have to get out of the way"

Settle petal, I most certainly wouldn't have anything to do with JR or his dick thanks. And as for me passing comment, mine referred not to you but to Katie-Pie.

Guess living in a big city does something to a man
