Most motorcycles are serviced every 6000km some at 10000 and some of the new ones at every 15000.
I would look at every 3000 to 6000 for your scoot.
Ride it until the wheels fall off...

Man, that sounds expensive at 1K intervals... What do they do for your $67? Bring it round to my garage and I will do it for $50!

You know it might be a bad Chinglish translation, they may have missed out a zero...

Oil change, clean and check spark plug, clean and check carburetor, check tire pressure, check and replace gear oil, check drive belt, adjust or replace if necessary. Check brake performance. Check
and set valve clearances. Check all light bulbs, adjust or replace if necessary.

something along those lines i believe, Dont think all of that is done every week but thats what the receipts i have so far have written on them.

    Where is your garage??

Are you sure its not first 500k's then at 1 thou then 3 to 5 thousand after that?

Yes that is the true cost but driving my car to work each day cost me around $60 a week so it is heaps cheaper and that was the purpose of buying it . I only do around 30km in 4 times a week so take a while to do 1000km

Na mate am sure it is every 1000km but sure I could stretch it out (although that could be tempting fate)
