    Saying hi (Bellicose)

    Hi all,

Just joined but have used the forum for a few years as it's a great reference resource.

Had quite a few bikes in the past and currently have a '83 Suzuki DR250, but the reason for joining up is i've just pulled a '64 250cc 2 stroke road bike out of my neighbours shed and where better to start a bike resto' than somewhere like KB.

Awesome, welcome to KB. What's the bike you've rescued? Any pics?

Welcome, that bike you scored looks like a pretty decent project! IF you have the patience that is... what you gonna do with it?

Thanks mate. Yes it certainly is a "Project", patience is not a problem as i've built & painted a few award winning cars.

As i'm getting older i've found myself moving away from cars and seem to be gravataing(sp?) towards older bikes lol.

The plan is to get it to better than new condition, but that will of course depend on parts availability(sp?)
