Nope you didnt miss a thing, apart from 1 rider that got off his bike and told us he was ashamed to be associated as a bike rider after our appaling behaviour.

i think Ill PM him and ask just what exactly did he witness and from what bikes, as we were up front and did none of the forementioned.
in fact we were waiting for cars to move over which they did and we gave a beep and a wave as we went by.
So he must have seen things I missed out on.

Yep - he should have singled out the offending riders rather than berating the entire group. He couldn't have seen anything past mid pack at best. Someone obviously did something to get his knickers in a twist.

You were up front? Christ, must have been a sedate ride. Were you towing an R6?

Mentioned it in the Kapiti thread, I'm planning on going through to the NZ moto cross grand prix at Woodville on Sunday. Plan is to be away from Rimutex by 09:00, refuel in Mobil Masterton, north end, then maybe a more scenic route to the moto cross. Could return via the White Swan in the afternoon.

Hi Wayne, Count me in. Kurt & 1 or 2 others are going out to Riversdale to fit a part to his old Yamy and then on to the Motox. Don't think they will be thr till round 1.00pm. I'd like to see a bit more racing.

I've been doing some navel gazing over the past week. And all I could come up with was a bit of lint and some brown gunk that resembled ear wax. I think I might have to buy some cotton buds !

But seriously, I have been reflecting on my road riding lately and might pass on all group rides in future, especially TRTNR.

I think everyone else should do the same, or at least reflect on your riding....
