Heading off to pick up the 1100 today after having major issues getting the Mikuni carbs to run on petrol, but all done, so once it is back, I will post some photos, with the big carbs etc on now

It was well worth the wait. Looking good there. Sent me back in a time warp to those heady days when I had one. Same paint scheme as yours.

Hang on a cotton-picking minute... I am getting a hazy memory of asking you to store my bike for a while.... It's all coming back to me now....

That does bring back (good) memories.

Mine had the factory cantilever frame, fully flexible in the middle. It was a pig, but a pig with character.

Madness is right with the "Pig with character" comment. Then, happiness was a dry road and a new set of Phantoms.

I went for a ride over the Rimatukas today, the bike clicked over 70000klm,had blast,I need to update the rear suspension,as it's a bit soft, even on the hardest settings
